Increase sales of La Tourangelle Avocado oil at Walmart stores.
After launching their avocado oil in Walmart stores nationwide, the La Tourangelle team wanted to reach out to potential customers near their stores with messaging about their product and increase sales velocity at these Walmart stores.
Customers go through a multi touch sales process before they try a new product. La Tourangelle team needed a multi touch customer journey to nudge customers to purchase their avocado oil launched in Walmart. The sales process would start from brand introduction -> educattion -> incentive to purchase -> reminders -> final purchase
We identified food recipe influencers who could represent their brand well and got them to create and post recipe content with La Tourangelle avocado oil. This generated 24M impressions for the brand. We converted a few pieces of our high performing content into more brand centric visual and used it in ad campaigns targeting potential customers in 10-15mi radius of a Walmart store carrying the product. We tested over 30 ad sets and interest groups to identify the most cost effective combination. After users clicked an ad they filled out an interest form to opted in a text or email based automated rebate redemption flow, built and managed by Jupiter. We used the flow to nurture the lead towards a purchase.
